got this car need one wheel 14″ and one left back rear tail light lens and not sure if I can get them in San Diego or any one knows car parts junk yard in san diego?

BTW don’t put a turbo in it unless you’ve swapped in something like a b16 first.

I’m looking for a site where I can get used parts for a 97 Honda Civic online, I’ve already tried and used eBay and CraigsList. So if anyone knows of any other sites that would be great.

A: u can use parts frm a 96-2000 civic..doesnt matter wheather its dx,ex,hx,coupe or hatch.theyre all the same.

Q: front end work on 2002 Honda CRV EX – used or new parts?
I ran sideways into a curb on ice and caused some damage to the passenger side front end. A visual inspection found the control arm was bent so I had it replaced. However, the vehicle could not be aligned within specs. I’ve had three separate shops tell me I the steering knuckle is bent, as well as the strut. The vehicle has 72,000 miles on it.

The options I have been given are:
- Buy a used strut and steering knuckle assembly. This will also include include a wheel hub and bearing and a ball joint.

- Use new parts which come as separate pieces – hub, hub bearing, ball joint,steering knuckle.

In either case I plan on having new struts and strut mounts installed on both sides.

The cost for using the used parts (w/new struts and mounts + alignment) is $870. The cost for new parts (w/new struts/mounts + alignment) is $1,500. The shops recommended going with the used parts for cost savings. I was told even if the wheel hub/bearing went bad in the future and had to be replaced it would still be cheaper than going with new parts.

I would appreciate any comments or recommendations.
